PRIVACY

What we collect, and what we do with it.

A9 Solutions is a brand of Atlas9 LLC in Portland, Oregon. This site is a brochure with one form. Here is everything that happens to your information.

The contact form

When you use "Start a project" we collect what you type: your name, work email, company, company size and the description of your problem. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.

The form sends two emails through Resend, our email provider: one to our team with your message, and one short confirmation to you. The site itself does not store your message anywhere. It lives in our email, and Resend keeps its own delivery records.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It loads only when you get to the form, and Cloudflare may look at your browser and network address to decide. Its privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

To stop abuse we also count requests from each network address for one hour. We keep a one-way hash of the address, not the address itself, and it is deleted after the hour.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across sites and does not build a profile of you. We set no cookies of our own, and we run no ads or other trackers. Our fonts are served from this site, so your browser doesn't contact Google or anyone else to load them.

Your choices

Write to us at contact@a9solutions.com and we will delete your correspondence. We do not sell or share your information.
